Access Scanner is a iphone/ipod anti theft application.
The application is made to make believe to the thief that it can access to your secret informations with his fingerprints.
When the application is launched it sends the unique identifier of your ihone/ipod to a server. When your device is stolen you just need to connect to http://mydevice.is-lost.org
and give the unique identifier of your device, the web site will give you the last location of your device.
How to use this application:
Launch the application and go to the settings page.
On this page you will see the unique identifier of your device.
You need to keep this unique identifier into a safe place because you will need it if your device is stolen.
You have a special button that allow to send the identifier by email.
It is important to place the application icon in the first page of your iphone/ipod.
When you device is stolen go to http://mydevice.is-lost.org to retrieve the location of your device. |
