• Learn what triggers your problems.
• See if treatments are working.
• Remind yourself to follow treatments & coping strategies.

SymTrend is easy to use.
1. Download the app.
2. Signup for an account & choose a “health challenge”.
3. Review the logs specific to your age/gender/health challenge downloaded to your iPhone.
4. Start recording information.
5. Upload the data to SymTrend periodically.

Use the app for data collection and guidance on-the-fly. Then review the data in charts on www.symtrend.com. These charts will reveal patterns difficult to detect without real-time data collection. Use the health record on the site to keep track of meds, clinical visits, and procedures. Invite your clinicians to access to your records on the website or print the charts for them. The site has a special interface for professionals.

Read feedback:
• “I was nervous about my child being on meds. This helps me keep an eye on what they’re doing.”
• “I used to feel anxious about what to talk about, how to say it… I've gotten better.”
• “Testing out the tips and writing down how it went has made the reminders stick more than usual.”
• “Maintaining a log of my daily feelings & reactions was invaluable…At different stages of treatment, it was not always clear…what really transpired.”
• “Tracking my moods is therapeutic...I'm able to put something down so it's not bottled up.”
• “It made them more mindful of their thoughts.”
