Ever wondered how much weight you can really lift without putting yourself in Danger?

The Max Calculator is the answer. Simply enter amount of weight you lifted along with the corresponding number of reps you successfully accomplished and the Max Calculator will tell you how much you can do one time.

In addition, if you know your max rep weight and want to perform a certain number of reps, the Rep Calculator will tell you how much weight you should do for the requested reps.

The Max Calculator and Rep Calculator work by incorporating the amount of weight and number of reps into a sophisticated equation accounting for muscle fatigue as weight increases.
